Ming Scientific, LLC was founded in 2007 by David Tsu, Ph.D. to help commercial and industrial clients become more efficient
in their energy use. Our staff of
physicists provides many decades of combined
experience in energy management
and a wide range of complementary skills,
as well as unique individual perspectives
into how energy is used.
While Ming’s team members have extensive
backgrounds in the development of
