Process and Distribution Center
Performed a complete energy analysis on a 800,000 ft² facility consuming $1.54 million in utilities.

RESULTS: Fourteen projects of promise were identified, totaling an energy reduction of 24,502 Btu/ft²/year, or about 24.8% energy utilization reduction. The total cost was $363,000. These projects provide a savings of $431,000 per year in gas, electricity, and water charges, or a 27.9% reduction in the total annual bill.

Carbon Footprint reduced by 30% or 7,300 tons, equivalent to removing 1,280 vehicles.


Photovoltaic Manufacturer
Performed a facility energy analysis on a 170,000 ft² facility consuming $1.48 million in utilities.

RESULTS: Identified a range of annual savings between $150,000 to $220,000.

Carbon Footprint reduced by 14.3% or 3,800 tons, equivalent to removing 600 vehicles.

Historic Building
Examined in detail the energy performance of the historical building with nominal floor area of about 2,600 ft²

RESULTS: Currently operating at 124,000 Btu/ft²/year with the energy reduction strategies implemented, the EUI can reasonably be reduced to about 43,000 Btu/ft²/year.

Carbon Footprint can be reduced by 68%, saving nearly 12 metric tons of CO² per year!
